Susanne Fuhrman, LCSW, founder of Ridgewood House, is a New Jersey-based clinical social worker who specializes in reproductive mental health, adolescent wellbeing, life transitions, and bereavement. In addition to her work in clinical and academic environments, Susanne has more than a decade of experience with social justice advocacy efforts; she has particularly strong heartstrings tied to reproductive justice and gender equity. Susanne works alongside people as they explore their strengths, skills, and resources to cultivate a life that honors lived experiences while promoting equanimity, fulfillment and growth.

Jisin Lee, LSW is a licensed social worker in the state of New Jersey. As a therapist, Jisin has worked with a culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults seeking counseling to improve their mental health. She supports individuals challenged with depressive, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as difficult life transitions and family/relationship issues. Jisin is passionate about helping clients identify and empower their inner strengths and learn healthy coping skills that can be used in their everyday lives. Jisin’s counseling methods have built upon skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. Jisin focuses on providing a supportive and safe environment for clients to talk about the stressors of their lives, express and organize their thoughts and emotions, promote different perspective-taking, and find positive ways to manage their mental health struggles.

Amanda Littlehale, LSW is a New Jersey based licensed social worker. Amanda has clinical experience treating issues that impact sense of self; this includes trauma, oppression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal issues and more. Thanks to her years of experience in social service agency work, Amanda has a deep understanding of intersectionality and uses this lens to help her clients examine how systemic issues impact personal wellbeing. Her growth-minded sessions prompt clients to tap into empowerment and empathy towards self and others.

Matt Nicholas, LSW is a New Jersey licensed social worker. Matt is skilled in treating issues related to anxiety, OCD, interpersonal relationships, boundary work, trauma and more. His passion for addressing mental health issues and his dedication to his clients is evident in every session he conducts. Matt helps his clients navigate the stress that can accompany life transitions, unexpected crisis, and pressure in various environments. His strengths-based approach is personalized to his client's needs and goals. Matt is particularly known for his work supporting first responders and healthcare workers.

Committed to promoting a holistic approach to the unique stressors and mental health challenges facing high level athletes, Nikki integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to empower athletes to succeed in their sport and grow as individuals. Nikki’s background working in school systems and IOP settings has nurtured a strong skillset that she weaves into her personalized care for each individual client.
